High Blood Pressure and Anger Management

Some people with stress issues try to make it a point of being fifteen minutes for everything, and I do mean everything.  Think about it:  if you’re never late, you never have those stuck-in-traffic, I’m-going-to-lose-my-job-if-I-miss-this-meeting moments.  Of course, if you let yourself stress out if you miss your fifteen minute early goal, then you’ve totally missed the point.
