Natural Looking Skin, Naturally

Natural looking clear skin is something that most women would love to have, but often don’t. Even though we know that the pictures of the women in the magazines are airbrushed, we still aspire to look like that. Well, maybe you can, with the help of some natural remedies.

•    Exfoliate – in order for the rest of your beauty regime to have the best effect, make sure you get rid of any dead skin cells before you wash your face and apply any creams. The best way to do this is with a dry brush exfoliation. Using a soft bristle brush, rub your skin very gently in small circles. Not only will this get rid of any dry or dead skin cells, but it will also help your blood circulation, giving you rosy cheeks for the rest of the day!

•    Drink water – Most people are moderately dehydrated most of the time. But water can have amazing effects on your skin and the rest of your body. It carries nutrients around your body, and improves your blood flow. It will make your skin softer and more glowing.

•    Skin pigmentation – Too much time in the sun can lead to freckles and skin pigmentation. There are different methods of reducing this, starting with prevention. Use sunscreen every day, under your moisturizer. But if it’s too late for that, try a natural cream to reduce the pigmentation, such as White Lily.

•    Circulation – Helping your circulation can help your skin, especially if you suffer from acne, puffiness, or cellulite. Get exercising, which will improve your overall health and have a positive effect on your skin. If you work in an office all day, try and stretch your legs once an hour, and be sure to get fresh air as often as possible.
