Prevent Wrinkles Now, Naturally

The best way to prevent wrinkles is to start young. If you speak with any woman who is in her later years of life, that’s probably some of the advice she’ll give you. The earlier you start, the longer you’ll be able to preserve your youthful look. Yes, some people are genetically predisposed to look young their whole lives, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t work hard to achieve that same goal, even if it’s not in your genes. Try these simple skin care steps to maintain clear skin for longer:

1. Wear sunscreen. Daily. Even if it’s not sunny. The sun doesn’t just penetrate your fragile skin on sunny days; if it’s daytime and you can see, then the sun is out and can cause damage. Even on rainy or cloudy days. Sun is the greatest culprit for speeding up the aging process as it causes age spots (also known as sun spots), and while you can treat these spots (with a cream like White Lily), it’s best to avoid them in the first place.
2. Wear a hat. On very sunny days, sunscreen is not enough. Go above and beyond to shade yourself from the sun’s strong rays.
3. Wear sunglasses. Wrinkles around the eyes can be prevented if you protect your eyes from the sun. The bigger your shades the better.
